SPACE : SENIOR SPACE DESIGNER
| QUALIFICATION |
- Graduate /Diploma in architecture or interior design from a reputed institute
|
| EXPERIENCE |
- 3-5 years professional experience in interior and architectural projects, corporate, commercial & institutional segments
|
| ROLE |
- Lead a team and handle multiple projects.
- Coordination of the project to ensure delivery within the parameters of quality, time, cost
|
| SKILLS AND SPECIALITY |
- Proficient at integration of multi disciplinary design & technical inputs, within a unified design.
- Excellent at conceptualizing large and small spaces & complexes, exteriors & interiors.

- Managing and guiding a team of engineers to produce consistent quality of engineering details and drawing as per the design brief
|
| SKILLS AND SPECIALITY |
- In depth knowledge of working drawings, carpentry & fabrication, civil construction, plumbing & sanitation, air conditioning, lighting, false ceiling, flooring etc.
- Ability to manage a team and produce results

- Record of good quality execution

| ROLE |
- Managing multiple projects to achieve completion of the projects within time, cost and quality standards.
- Heading a team of site engineers
|
| SKILLS AND SPECIALITY |
- Resourceful, ability to independently source & deploy resources internal and external.
- Ability to set up and develop a network of quality contractors and vendors.
- Excellent at coordinating and driving all agencies including the client to achieve targets.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Organised proactive approach to manage projects. Eye for quality.

- Degree / Diploma in civil engineering or architecture

| EXPERIENCE |
- 2-4 years professional experience in execution and coordination of civil construction and large interior projects

| ROLE |
- Supervising all on site agencies to achieve completion of projects within time, cost and quality standards.
- Maintaining records, quality checks and site reports.
- Resourceful, problem solving approach to manage unforeseen problems

| SKILLS AND SPECIALITY |
- Sound in engineering principles, quality practices for in site works.
- Ability to interpret all types of interior & architectural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and schedule, organised eye for quality and detail
