chevrolet e-spark show car

Ergoform was entrusted with the opportunity of transforming an existing chevrolet spark into the stunning e-spark show car, built to specification and design of General Motors technical centre (GMTC-I). The e-spark show car was on display at the recently concluded India Autoshow 2010.

Activities included developing fibre glass components developed from milled clay models, SLA & SLS rapid prototypes & CNC milled components generated from raw surface data.

Finished in Dupont paint finish, chrome & decals, the show car was indeed a drivable prototype and, ergoform, yet again stood up to its value for commitment in terms of fit, finish, quality & time.
